Identity Access Management Operations and Engineering Manager

Own end-to-end identity service operations including joiner/mover/leaver processes, access requests, privileged account issuance, certificate services, and application onboarding.

Set engineering and operations roadmap for IAM platforms (Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, Okta) plus identity governance, PAM, PKI, federation, and modern authentication.

Manage IAM team (1-3 engineers/analysts), enforce least privilege, automate provisioning, lead directory consolidation, support audits, and oversee external vendors.

10+ years total professional experience with 6+ years in identity and access management and 3+ years leading IAM teams with production service and engineering backlog accountability.

Hands-on expertise in Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory (hybrid), and Okta including policy, authentication, lifecycle management, and federation.

Experience with identity governance tools, privileged access management (e.g., CyberArk), PKI, federation, SSO, MFA, zero trust, and automation via scripting (PowerShell, APIs).

Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information security, or related field; certifications like Microsoft SC-300 and Okta Administrator preferred.

Experienced leader capable of managing globally distributed IAM teams across multiple time zones, including offshore or GCC-based staff.

Strong operational disciplinarian with proven ability to deliver service-level management, incident/problem/change management, and vendor oversight in regulated financial environments.

Technically versatile, equally skilled in Entra ID and Okta platforms, with an operations mindset focused on automation and efficiency improvements.
