Experience leading senior engineering teams and defining technical roadmaps, architecture standards, and governance models.
Experienced leader comfortable managing senior engineers and multi-disciplinary IAM engineering teams in complex, regulated environments such as financial services.
Technical expertise spanning modern authentication technologies, Zero Trust architectures, cloud-native platforms, automation (CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code), and identity security governance.
Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders, drive platform modernization, manage risk and compliance, and deliver large-scale, cross-functional identity projects.
