About This Role
- Lead and provide strategic direction for enterprise SSO, authentication, federation, and identity security engineering teams.
- Own roadmap alignment, talent development, operational governance, and measurable delivery outcomes for SSO engineering capabilities across platforms and identity ecosystems.
- Partner with senior technology, cybersecurity, risk, and business leaders to drive secure, scalable authentication services supporting compliance and business growth.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
- 12+ years of technology experience with substantial expertise in IAM, cybersecurity, authentication, or enterprise security engineering.
- Extensive experience designing or leading enterprise-scale SSO and federation platforms, with deep knowledge of SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, OIDC, MFA, and related technologies.
- Experience leading senior engineering teams and defining technical roadmaps, architecture standards, and governance models.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced leader comfortable managing senior engineers and multi-disciplinary IAM engineering teams in complex, regulated environments such as financial services.
- Technical expertise spanning modern authentication technologies, Zero Trust architectures, cloud-native platforms, automation (CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code), and identity security governance.
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders, drive platform modernization, manage risk and compliance, and deliver large-scale, cross-functional identity projects.
