Strong knowledge of HV/MV electrical systems, commissioning processes, safety standards (NEC, NFPA 70E, NETA, IEEE, NERC), and project management practices; P6 scheduling experience strongly preferred.
Valid driver's license and ability to meet project access requirements.
Experienced in leading multiple concurrent utility-scale electrical commissioning projects independently with cross-functional teams and without direct reporting lines.
Strong technical understanding of HV substations and BESS systems integrating commissioning, safety, and regulatory compliance.
Operates with discipline in schedule and resource forecasting, risk management, and stakeholder communication in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
