About This Role
- Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for GTS Cash offerings within Transaction Banking.
- Collaborate across technology, operations, risk, and sales to deliver cash management products enhancing liquidity and client experience.
- Drive product adoption and revenue growth while ensuring compliance with banking regulations and monitoring KPIs post-launch.
Minimum Requirements
- MBA or relevant postgraduate degree; B.Tech/MCA preferred.
- 5+ years of product management experience in transaction banking or cash management.
- Strong understanding of cash products, liquidity solutions, and payment systems.
- Knowledge of Indian banking regulations and compliance frameworks.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in launching and scaling banking products in a regulated environment with a data-driven decision-making approach.
- Capable of translating complex client needs into product specifications and managing senior leadership stakeholders effectively.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and cross-functional collaboration for timely, high-quality product releases.
