About This Role
- Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions including AI Agents, chatbots, and RAG-based knowledge systems using platforms like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Microsoft Copilot.
- Implement end-to-end workflow automation and integrate AI solutions with enterprise applications, managing APIs, webhooks, and MCP server configurations.
- Architect scalable AI and automation solutions, prepare technical documentation, evaluate new AI technologies, and support proof-of-concept projects.
Minimum Requirements
- 4 to 6 years of relevant experience in AI automation and integration.
- Proficiency in AI & LLM platforms such as ChatGPT/OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, and Microsoft Copilot.
- Technical skills including Python, JavaScript, SQL, REST APIs, and experience with cloud platforms like Microsoft Azure; AWS and Google Cloud preferred.
- Experience with MCP server setup, tool integration, and secure AI-to-system connectivity.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in building and integrating AI Agents and automation workflows across enterprise systems such as CRM and ERP.
- Strong background in AI model integration with enterprise scale systems using protocols like MCP and workflow automation.
- Capable of designing scalable architectures and documenting technical solutions for business process automation within a cloud-enabled environment.
