Skilled in coordinating cross-functional teams during crisis and recovery situations, driving continuous improvement post-incident and post-audit.
Familiar with industry frameworks like ISO 22301, NIST, ITIL, and holds relevant certifications (e.g., CBCP, EDRP, CISSP, ITIL, cloud certifications).
