- Develop and implement country-specific HR & Payroll technology solutions ensuring local compliance and operational efficiency.
- Ensure global standards adherence and integration of local-global payroll systems within a unified architecture.
- Collaborate with regional stakeholders to gather requirements, conduct workshops, and maintain assessment documentation for HRP 2.0 transformation.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, including project management across multiple assignments.
- Proficiency in HR & Payroll processes, requirements analysis, and process improvement.
- Experience with process documentation and workflow diagrams.
- Work Experience Required: At least five years in relevant roles.
