Own end-to-end design, architecture, and optimization of scalable, secure Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) data pipelines using SAP BODS, IBM DataStage, Redwood, SQL, and Oracle.
Lead and mentor a data engineering team, enforce best practices, conduct code reviews, and collaborate with cross-functional teams for delivering enterprise-grade data solutions.
Engage with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions and align data engineering practices with enterprise data strategy and business goals.
Minimum Requirements
8+ years of experience in Data Engineering, including 2+ years in a technical leadership role.
Strong hands-on expertise with SAP BODS, IBM DataStage, Redwood scheduling, advanced SQL, and Oracle database.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
Flexibility for shift working is mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in Enterprise Data Warehouse architecture with strong skills in data modeling (Star/Snowflake schemas, SCD implementation) and ETL/ELT frameworks.
Proven leadership experience mentoring data engineering teams and enforcing development standards in a mid-senior level role.
Capable of balancing technical delivery with stakeholder management and driving enterprise-scale data initiatives aligned with business objectives.
