Physically fit for manual handling, standing, walking; willing to work rotational shifts including weekends and public holidays.
Basic English reading, communication, computer skills, and handheld scanner/mobile application usage required.
Experienced in operational execution within logistics or courier sectors with strong adherence to SOPs and operational discipline.
Capable of coaching junior staff and managing workload distribution during peak volumes, demonstrating operational leadership potential.
Detail-oriented with focus on accuracy, safety orientation and continuous improvement in operational productivity and quality.
