About This Role
- Own achievement of Debit Card linked Fees Target by monitoring fee income and identifying process gaps to prevent revenue leakage.
- Monitor competitor pricing and global benchmarks to revise pricing strategies effectively.
- Drive automation and create tools/dashboards for fee tracking, complaint management, and compliance adherence including timely audit closure.
Minimum Requirements
- 2 to 3 years experience managing P&L and handling charge matrix.
- Knowledge of Xelerate and TBMS systems.
- Proficient in MS Excel.
- Work Experience Required: 2 to 3 years in relevant domain.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience in fee income management with operational ownership of charging processes.
- Familiarity with banking systems (Xelerate/TBMS) indicating hands-on technical working knowledge.
- Ability to manage compliance and audit tasks ensuring RBI guidelines are met consistently.
