About This Role
- Own end-to-end delivery management and execution of assigned technology workstreams within a large-scale enterprise application development program.
- Coordinate and independently run one or more Agile Scrum teams, managing sprint planning, delivery milestones, dependencies, risks, and issues.
- Provide clear status updates and maintain delivery governance including RAID logs, delivery metrics, and stakeholder communication while supporting resource planning and change management.
Minimum Requirements
- 9+ years of experience in technology delivery, program management, or related roles.
- Strong experience managing software development or technology delivery programs with Agile/Scrum expertise.
- Demonstrated ability to independently run Scrum teams and manage delivery plans, risks, and stakeholder communication.
- Location: India – Remote; Employment Type: Contract.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing complex technology programs in enterprise-scale environments with multiple Scrum teams and distributed/offshore teams.
- Comfortable owning delivery outcomes with strong execution discipline, able to proactively resolve blockers and manage dependencies.
- Skilled in technical stakeholder management and delivery reporting with ability to navigate technical discussions impacting delivery timelines and risks.
