About This Role
- Own the technical implementation and optimization of Coveo search integrations, query pipelines, AI/ML model tuning, and merchandising rules across Agilent’s digital properties including eCommerce, community, and content hubs.
- Design and support AWS-based ETL and data pipelines for data ingestion into Coveo’s indexing platform to enable search relevancy and content freshness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, analytics, content, and platform teams to improve search relevance, measure outcomes, and enhance customer discovery and conversion.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or Data Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- 6+ years of software engineering experience related to search platforms, digital commerce/content platforms, or enterprise web applications.
- Hands-on experience with Coveo platform components including sources, indexes, query pipelines, search APIs, permissions, analytics, and AI/ML model configuration.
- Experience with AWS data engineering services (e.g., S3, Glue, Lambda) and programming languages like JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, or Java for search integration and automation.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Extensive and deep experience managing and tuning Coveo search implementations across commerce and content use cases, including analytics-driven relevancy improvements and experience-layer integrations.
- Strong proficiency in building and maintaining AWS ETL pipelines supporting search ingestion, synchronization, and production reliability.
- Proven ability to translate search analytics (including Coveo and Snowflake data) into technical improvements that enhance digital revenue growth and customer self-service outcomes.
