About This Role
- Lead and manage livelihood and empowerment programs focusing on youth and women to improve financial stability and economic independence.
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate partners, community stakeholders, and local organizations to enhance program impact and access to resources.
- Oversee team management, monitor project progress, and prepare detailed reports for corporate stakeholders while ensuring approximately 60% fieldwork engagement.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience, preferably in NGO or non-profit sector.
- Educational qualification: BA, BCom, BBA, or any other relevant degree.
- Proficiency in English, Telugu, and Hindi mandatory.
- Willingness to travel extensively (~60% fieldwork) and work flexible hours as outlined; location: Hyderabad.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in youth development, women empowerment, and livelihood-focused projects with demonstrated program and stakeholder management skills.
- Capable of coordinating multiple stakeholders including corporates, community members, and trainers with a strategic focus on program scalability and impact.
- Comfortable working in a field-heavy role involving extensive travel and flexible scheduling in a social sector or corporate social responsibility context.
