About This Role
- Lead and optimize warehouse and distribution operations, including inventory governance, shipping compliance, and facility utilization.
- Manage receiving, inspection, storage, packing, documentation, and inventory reconciliation to maintain operational efficiency and quality compliance.
- Drive corrective actions to eliminate delays, ensure audit readiness, and develop team performance related to warehouse and distribution functions.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) mandatory; MBA preferred.
- 10-12 years of relevant experience in warehouse and distribution management.
- Must ensure compliance with GMP, GDP, and quality standards as a part of the operational role.
- Work Experience Required: 10-12 years
