About This Role
- Define and drive quality engineering strategy for the Cloud Platform and associated products.
- Establish quality standards, test policies, shared test harnesses, tooling, and release readiness governance across multiple engineering teams.
- Own release management process including environment promotion gates and coordinate cross-team release risks and dependencies.
Minimum Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in quality engineering, SDET, software engineering, test automation or related disciplines.
- Hands-on experience with API and test automation tools such as Playwright or equivalent.
- Strong understanding of AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD, microservices, APIs, and distributed systems.
- Experience defining quality metrics, release-readiness criteria, environment promotion gates, and quality tooling for multiple engineering teams.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in leading quality engineering strategy and driving cross-team alignment and adoption of quality practices in complex cloud platform environments.
- Comfortable working across Engineering, Product, Platform, Security, and Operations teams to improve quality and release discipline.
- Has exposure to large-scale multi-tenant SaaS platforms on AWS and managing complex multi-product releases.
