About This Role
- Design, build, and operate Kubernetes and cloud-native infrastructure across multiple cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Azure, OCI).
- Own Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and manage CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins and Argo (CD/Workflows) for automation across services.
- Lead release and deployment management including risk-reducing strategies, carry on-call rotation, lead incident response, and improve platform reliability through postmortems.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or infrastructure engineering roles.
- Deep hands-on expertise with Kubernetes, Docker, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform), and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Argo or similar).
- Strong networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, firewalls, load balancing) and familiarity with observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/Loki).
- Proficient scripting skills in Bash and Python; experience with Linux security fundamentals and cloud IAM required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing complex, multi-cloud Kubernetes and cloud-native environments with operational ownership of infrastructure and deployment pipelines.
- Able to integrate AI tooling responsibly across infrastructure lifecycle, including reviewing AI-generated code and defining compliance guardrails.
- Comfortable leading incident response and reliability improvements, with strong operational focus on automation, security, and platform resilience.
