About This Role
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and reliable backend and full-stack software systems using TypeScript and related technologies.
- Lead technical design discussions, deliver complex features, drive modernization, and reduce technical debt in business-critical applications.
- Mentor engineers, conduct code reviews, and enhance engineering practices with AI-assisted tools to improve productivity and quality.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum 7 years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript with experience in Node.js, React, full-stack web application development, and relational databases (MySQL or equivalent).
- Experience with Docker and knowledge of networking concepts relevant to modern web and distributed applications.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced leader able to guide technical projects, mentor engineers, and contribute to architectural decisions and engineering best practices.
- Proficient in designing and supporting scalable production systems with a strong focus on system design, troubleshooting, and analytical problem-solving.
- Familiar with cloud platforms (preferably Azure), serverless architectures, event-driven systems, and modern CI/CD and observability practices.
