Global Cash Application Lead - India AR Delivery Hub

Lead and supervise cash application processing for Americas and APAC regions, managing tasks such as cash posting, remittance matching, and unapplied cash clearing.

Ensure SLA adherence, conduct quality checks, manage unapplied cash aging, and build standardized SOPs and controls across Cash Application, collections, billing, and AR Resolution teams.

Collaborate with regional managers and India Hub Manager to drive automation, improve cash application accuracy, and support capacity planning.

Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience in accounts receivable cash application or order-to-cash shared services.

Experience with cash allocation, remittance processing, unapplied cash management, AR subledger, lockbox/bank files, deductions, and reconciliations.

Proven leadership experience in workflow management, training, SLA monitoring, and process quality improvement in shared-services or global delivery environments.

Proficiency in using AI and automation tools for process improvement.

Experienced in managing global or multi-regional cash application operations within shared services or global delivery hubs.

Skillful in cross-functional collaboration with regional managers and AR teams to resolve issues and enhance operational efficiency.

Focused on continuous improvement and automation to minimize manual efforts and accelerate unapplied cash resolution.
