Cash Application Specialist - India AR Delivery Hub

Oversee cash application processing for assigned regions, including cash posting, remittance matching, unapplied cash clearing, and short-pay identification.

Manage cash application queues, ensure SLA adherence, conduct quality checks, and handle aging of unapplied cash across Americas and APAC support.

Develop and standardize SOPs, collaborate with regional managers and AR teams, and identify process improvements using AI-powered tools and automation.

Minimum 2+ years of experience in accounts receivable cash application, cash allocation, remittance processing, unapplied cash management, or order-to-cash shared services.

Strong understanding of AR subledger, payment matching, lockbox/bank files, customer remittance, deductions/short-pays, and reconciliation dependencies.

Experience leading daily workflow, monitoring SLAs, training, and improving process quality in shared services or global delivery environment.

Proficiency in using AI and automation tools for process improvement.

Experienced in managing cash application operations within shared services or global delivery setups with cross-regional coordination.

Demonstrates strong analytical skills to detect challenges and drive continuous improvement and automation in AR processes.

Collaborates effectively with regional managers and cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and enhance accuracy and efficiency.
