About This Role
- Develop and execute comprehensive manual and automated test plans for software and mobile apps using tools like Selenium, Cypress, and Appium.
- Identify, log, and track defects through testing phases including functional, regression, performance, and security testing to ensure product quality.
- Collaborate with development teams and stakeholders to resolve issues and optimize product performance and security throughout the software development lifecycle.
Minimum Requirements
- 2 to 3 years of relevant QA experience.
- Educational qualifications include MCA, BE/B.Tech, BCA, M.Tech, Diploma-IT, or BSC-IT.
- Proficiency with test automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Appium, and scripting languages like Python or JavaScript.
- Experience with SQL, API testing tools (e.g., Postman), and performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in both manual and automated testing within Agile/Scrum environments and mobile app testing on iOS and Android platforms.
- Skilled in using multiple test automation frameworks and performance testing to deliver reliable and optimized software.
- Capable of detailed analysis of complex systems to identify defects and performance bottlenecks, collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
