About This Role
- Lead and execute infrastructure engineering projects of moderate scope, focusing on design, development, and technical troubleshooting involving infrastructure technologies.
- Serve as the technical lead and subject matter expert (SME) for NICE NTR-X deployment, configuration, support, and integration with other platforms and vendors.
- Apply and validate enterprise-authorized AI tools to accelerate infrastructure analysis and delivery, ensuring solutions meet resiliency, security, and auditability requirements.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of applied experience with formal training or certification in infrastructure engineering concepts.
- Proven expertise in infrastructure areas such as hardware, networking, storage, deployment, automation, scaling, resilience, or performance assessments.
- Hands-on experience with NICE NTR-X and/or similar platforms (Calabrio, ASC, Ring Central, Global Relay, Thetalake, Smarsh, Verint).
- Demonstrated experience with AWS and/or Azure cloud infrastructure, including networking, storage, compute, security, and compliance frameworks.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced technical lead comfortable managing complex infrastructure projects and vendor collaborations within large enterprises.
- Strong background in voice capture technologies and VoIP protocols (SIP, RTP) with integration knowledge involving platforms like MS Teams, Cisco, or Zoom.
- Proficient in applying AI-enabled tooling responsibly within infrastructure workflows, with a focus on security, auditability, and operational data sensitivity.
