Demonstrated experience with AWS and/or Azure cloud infrastructure, including networking, storage, compute, security, and compliance frameworks.
Experienced technical lead comfortable managing complex infrastructure projects and vendor collaborations within large enterprises.
Strong background in voice capture technologies and VoIP protocols (SIP, RTP) with integration knowledge involving platforms like MS Teams, Cisco, or Zoom.
Proficient in applying AI-enabled tooling responsibly within infrastructure workflows, with a focus on security, auditability, and operational data sensitivity.
