About This Role
- Develop and deploy AI-powered customer-facing features using React frontend and Java/Spring Boot backend services with AI/LLM integrations.
- Own end-to-end delivery including translating product requirements into tested code, code reviews, debugging, and production issue resolution across frontend, backend, and AI components.
- Contribute to system design and architecture decisions focused on scalability, reliability, latency, security, and cost while improving the overall developer experience.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of professional software engineering experience building customer-facing production systems.
- Proficiency in React, modern JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, Java, and object-oriented programming.
- Experience with Java Spring Boot for building production-grade REST APIs and backend services.
- Hands-on experience building production applications using Generative AI/LLMs and AI integrations.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced full-stack engineer comfortable working across frontend (React) and backend (Java/Spring Boot) technologies in production environments.
- Skilled in system design fundamentals with practical knowledge of distributed systems, scalability, caching, asynchronous processing, and observability.
- Strong understanding of AI application tradeoffs, security/compliance in AI use, and advanced AI tooling such as prompt engineering, RAG, vector search, and agentic workflows.
