Own design and roadmap for hybrid identity solutions (Microsoft Entra ID and on-prem AD) including conditional access and secure authentication.
Design, deploy, and maintain VMware and NSX-T environments; lead disaster recovery strategy with Zerto and Rubrik to meet RTO/RPO and compliance.
Build automation frameworks (Python/PowerShell), reusable Terraform modules, and CI/CD/GitOps pipelines; lead incident response and reduce production outages.
Minimum Requirements
6–10 years of Site Reliability Engineering experience on Windows-based production environments with platform reliability ownership.
Expertise in VMware (vSphere, ESXi, vCenter, NSX-T), Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, Python, PowerShell, Terraform, and CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps).
Experience with DR tools Zerto and Rubrik, network topology design, and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, or ELK).
Hybrid onsite requirement: Pune location, present Monday to Thursday on-site.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing complex hybrid cloud environments spanning VMware, AWS, and Azure with workload migration expertise.
Strategic thinker capable of setting SLIs/SLOs and driving reliability improvements through automations and incident management.
Proven ability to lead technical initiatives and mentor team members in infrastructure automation and security compliance audits (PCI, HIPAA, ISO).
