About This Role
- Contribute to software quality and validation activities for enterprise-level healthcare technology solutions.
- Execute manual and automated testing activities within an Agile development environment, reviewing test plans and documenting results.
- Collaborate with software development and QA teams to identify, document, and resolve defects throughout the software development lifecycle.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 0 to 2 years of experience in software quality assurance, software testing, validation, or related technical discipline.
- Familiarity with software testing methodologies, manual and automated testing tools, and software development lifecycle concepts.
- Understanding of Agile methodologies preferred; exposure to regulated healthcare or life sciences industries is a plus.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Early-career professional with foundational knowledge and some practical exposure to software QA and validation in regulated environments.
- Comfortable operating in Agile teams and executing both manual and automated test cases.
- Able to collaborate cross-functionally and contribute to process improvements while managing assigned responsibilities independently.
