About This Role
- Define and drive the quality engineering strategy for the Cloud Platform and associated products.
- Establish quality standards, test policies, common test harnesses and tooling, quality metrics and dashboards, environment promotion gates, and release management governance.
- Coordinate releases across teams, govern release risks and readiness, and drive continuous quality improvement across product teams.
Minimum Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in quality engineering, SDET, software engineering, test automation, or related disciplines.
- Proven experience establishing and executing quality engineering strategy across multiple teams or products.
- Hands-on experience with API and test automation technologies (e.g., Playwright) and performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, Gatling).
- Strong understanding of AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD, microservices, APIs, and distributed systems.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced leader in defining and implementing cross-team quality standards and release-readiness governance in cloud platform environments.
- Strong technical proficiency in test automation, performance testing, and observability tools applied to large-scale, multi-tenant SaaS platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and align multiple cross-functional teams including engineering, product, security, and operations around shared quality goals and discipline.
