About This Role
- Lead overall planning, oversight, and implementation of the presbyopia program across multiple Indian states, ensuring alignment with strategy, donor requirements, and government priorities.
- Manage donor relationships including communication, reporting, proposal development, and strategic engagement to support program expansion.
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and capacity-building to dispersed state-level teams; conduct cross-state reviews to identify gaps and drive continuous improvement.
Minimum Requirements
- Master’s degree in public health, management, public policy, or related field with 8+ years relevant experience; OR Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years relevant experience in program management/public health/development sector.
- Proven experience managing multi-state or multi-geography public health or development programs.
- Demonstrated donor relationship management with experience in reporting, proposal development, and engagement with bilateral, philanthropic or CSR donors.
- Fluency in English and Hindi (written and verbal).
