Sr. Engineer - Endpoint security | On-Site, Bangalore

Own post-sales endpoint security product and service implementation ensuring alignment with team operational standards.

Provide 24/5 support with 24/7 on-call availability including shift rotations (days, mids, nights).

Analyze endpoint security configurations, perform health checks, triage malware alerts, and deliver recommendations to customer security teams.

6+ years experience in endpoint security technologies, specifically minimum two primary skills from CrowdStrike, M365/MS Defender, Tanium.

Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science or related field.

Ability to work on-site in Bangalore with 24/5 availability and shift flexibility.

Strong knowledge of endpoint security platforms (EDR, XDR, Infra, DLP, Encryption) and experience in at least two primary endpoint security technologies.

Experienced in operating within large-scale and 24/5 operational security environments requiring shift rotations and on-call duties.

Process-oriented with strong attention to detail, documentation, and reporting skills appropriate for consulting and customer service roles.

Capable of collaborating with technical leads and customer security teams, influencing security policy changes and consensus building.
