Banking - IGS - Business Analytics Analyst 1 - DCI - Officer

Oversee day-to-day operations related to deal financials, revenue and expense reporting within Banking support functions.

Drive continuous process improvements, ensuring timely, accurate client-ready financial outputs and regulatory compliance.

Provide data analysis, presentations, and independent insights to senior management and collaborate cross-functionally to optimize operations.

1-3 years of relevant experience in business analytics or finance-related operations.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Proficiency in MS Office and experience with databases and information management.

Availability to work any 9-hour shift between 8 AM to 11 PM, 5 days a week; occasional weekend work on short notice.

Experienced in managing revenue reconciliation, regulatory compliance (e.g., FINRA), and deal-related financial closeout processes.

Strong operational leadership with ability to mentor, resolve conflicts, and make strategic decisions under tight deadlines.

Skilled in cross-team collaboration and leveraging technology to enhance business-as-usual activities and reporting accuracy.
