About This Role
- Analyze airline message feeds including PNR, TKT, INV, SKD to identify trends, anomalies, and improvement opportunities.
- Lead troubleshooting of data feed issues and coordinate with Product, Project, Implementation, Migration, and Development teams.
- Own product specification documentation, root cause analysis, project management for product features, and mentoring of junior Business Analysts.
Minimum Requirements
- 7-10 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Experience troubleshooting data feeds and delivering product specifications, data modeling, functional/non-functional requirements, and API specs.
- Knowledge of application architecture principles and secure development life cycle.
- Work Experience Required: 7-10 years in Business Analysis; Location: Bangalore
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in airline domain data and operational workflows to identify functional issues and improvements.
- Strong in cross-team coordination and documentation skills including UML and API specifications.
- Capable of mentoring peers, conducting root cause analysis, and managing product functionality projects independently.
