About This Role
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and joining follow-up.
- Use multiple job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and WorkIndia for candidate sourcing and maintain recruitment trackers.
- Handle recruitment requirements for multiple positions including bulk hiring and coordinate with clients/hiring managers.
Minimum Requirements
- 1–6 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Experience using job portals and candidate sourcing tools.
- Candidates must be located in or able to work in Dombivli East.
- Recruitment Consultancy or Staffing background preferred.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing multitasking recruitment requirements and meeting hiring targets under pressure.
- Comfortable coordinating between candidates and multiple stakeholders including clients and hiring managers.
- Skilled in candidate handling, negotiation, and maintaining structured recruitment data.
