- Manage daily payment business operations with internal teams and external partners including banks and financial institutions.
- Drive operational improvements by identifying areas requiring technological interventions and coordinating implementations.
- Monitor transaction success rates, handle escalations, maintain bank and network relations, and support finance in reconciliations.
Minimum Requirements
- 1-2 years of work experience in operations or payment industry.
- Advanced Excel skills and basic SQL knowledge required.
- B.Tech or MBA degree preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills required.
