Lead as a POD lead/Solution Architect driving requirements gathering, business process design, and solution development for projects involving HighRadius tool and F&A domain, focusing on Order to Cash/Accounts Receivable.
Conduct design sessions (As-Is and To-Be), demos, and present solution options to client executives ensuring customer buy-in and strong stakeholder engagement.
Collaborate closely with product, engineering teams, and client SMEs to identify solution gaps and recommend closure options leveraging established frameworks.
Minimum Requirements
Experience in F&A domain with mandatory exposure to Order to Cash/Accounts Receivable processes.
Relevant prior experience as Solution Architect, Business Architect, AR Analyst, AR Manager, or equivalent with management and leadership experience, preferably in consulting or professional services.
Technical skills including knowledge of HighRadius tool, SQL, MS Office, and working knowledge of ERPs like Oracle, SAP or SaaS solutions.
Bachelor's degree in Cloud Computing, Computer Science, Information Technology, Network Engineering or Master's in Computer Science; AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Professional certification required.
