Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
8-12 years of experience in data engineering with proven people and team leadership.
Strong expertise in SQL, Python, ETL, IDMC, AWS, Databricks, data warehousing, data modeling, and CI/CD.
Experience with Salesforce integration governance, cloud cost management, compliance including data privacy and GxP, and delivery/program management.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced leader capable of managing and scaling data engineering teams in a hybrid work environment focused on cloud platforms AWS and Databricks.
Demonstrates strategic oversight of enterprise data architectures including integration between Salesforce CRM and cloud data lakehouses.
Skilled in stakeholder management and translating commercial business priorities into actionable data engineering initiatives.
