About This Role
- Develop scalable data processing and insight generation modules using NLP, data mining, and machine learning techniques.
- Analyze large business datasets to create algorithms that enable automated decision-making and drive real-time information delivery to end users and clients.
- Lead medium to large projects involving complex analytic products; optimize proprietary targeting systems to enhance revenue across multiple business lines.
Minimum Requirements
- Master's degree with 4 years related experience, or Bachelor's degree with 6 years related experience, or High School diploma with 8 years related experience.
- Experience in data processing, NLP, machine learning, probabilistic modeling, and algorithm development in a business context.
- Ability to lead medium to large projects involving complex analytics and cross-functional coordination.
- Work Experience Required: Minimum 4 years with Master's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strong expertise in applied machine learning, natural language processing, and data mining within financial or healthcare sectors or similarly complex domains.
- Experience leading analytics projects that integrate econometric/probabilistic modeling with big data systems for real-time decision support.
- Comfortable working at a senior level with broad conceptual responsibilities including policy/procedure development and mentoring junior staff.
