About This Role
- Lead design, architecture, development, testing, deployment, and production support of Salesforce applications across Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Communities, CPQ, and integrated enterprise platforms.
- Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and governance across Salesforce teams including code reviews, release planning, and SDLC management.
- Drive platform modernization, technical debt reduction, performance optimization, and enterprise integration strategies using REST, SOAP, middleware, and event-driven architecture.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years of Salesforce platform experience with technical leadership.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MCA, MIS, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proficiency in Salesforce Service Cloud, Lightning (Aura/LWC), Apex, Visualforce, Salesforce architecture, and enterprise integrations with REST/SOAP APIs.
- Experience with Salesforce DevOps (Git, CI/CD, Copado/Gearset), platform security, large data volume management, and SDLC methodologies (Agile/Waterfall).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in leading Salesforce solution architecture and technical governance in complex environments involving multiple Salesforce clouds and integrations.
- Proven capability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and lead cross-functional technical teams.
- Strong background in Salesforce DevOps, performance optimization, data governance, and platform modernization initiatives.
