About This Role
- Lead design, architecture, and implementation of React-based theming solutions and shared component libraries used across hundreds of projects.
- Manage project activities including builds, deployments, testing, and documentation to ensure quality and maintainability.
- Collaborate with product managers, mentor developers, and influence front-end best practices with a focus on UI/UX and accessibility standards.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (graduate degree preferred).
- 5+ years advanced JavaScript experience including ES6+, with strong skills in React, Redux, React Hooks, and TypeScript.
- 3+ years advanced CSS experience and 2+ years HTML5 techniques experience.
- Hands-on experience with WCAG and ARIA accessibility standards implementation.

- Experienced in functional programming and component-driven development within scalable front-end environments.
- Demonstrates ownership over complex shared libraries or design systems with an emphasis on quality, performance, and accessibility.
