About This Role
- Manage and deliver assigned projects with full responsibility for scope, budget, timelines, and quality.
- Lead cross-functional global project teams, ensuring team alignment, risk mitigation, and delivery excellence for Automation CoE initiatives.
- Collaborate with Program Management to build feature-level product roadmaps and support platform stakeholders, including overseeing billing, financials, and RFP/RFI processes.
Minimum Requirements
- 15 years of experience with minimum 7-8 years in project management.
- Mandatory PMP certification.
- Educational qualification: B.E/B.Tech/MBA or equivalent.
- Experience with Automation Platform and RPA tools like UiPath, AA, Blue Prism, Python, scripting, and familiarity with Agile/Scrum and Waterfall software development processes.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strong technical background capable of creating detailed functional requirements and specifications.
- Experience leading distributed global teams and coordinating with multiple business stakeholders.
- Proven ability to translate complex customer needs into user stories with measurable acceptance criteria and deliver high-value automation features.
