About This Role
- Lead and manage the India-based Application Modernization & Transformation (ATE) team to deliver high-quality modernization initiatives aligned with global digital transformation priorities.
- Oversee workload allocation, prioritize activities, and support team growth to ensure efficient execution across multiple modernization programs.
- Provide insights into portfolio health, modernization opportunities, application lifecycle, and promote standardization, best practices, and continuous improvement across teams.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 5+ years experience in application modernization, digital transformation, or enterprise technology delivery.
- Minimum 5+ years experience leading technical or cross-functional teams, preferably in a global delivery model.
- Strong understanding of cloud technologies, modern architectures, digital transformation concepts, and familiarity with emerging AI capabilities.

- Experienced leader capable of managing and scaling delivery teams within a fast-paced, global hybrid environment.
- Technically proficient with cloud technologies, digital transformation methodologies, and application modernization practices such as refactoring and re-platforming.
