Location requirement: Must work 5 days per week in office at Whitefield, Bangalore, India.
Experience leading finance transformation or continuous improvement projects within finance operations, especially Invoice-to-Pay processes.
Demonstrated ability to influence senior leadership and navigate matrix organizations without formal authority.
Strong project and program management expertise including risk assessment, change control, and IT project monitoring in finance contexts.
