Must be willing to work North America (NAM) shift hours supporting global stakeholders.
Experienced in managing operating teams across multiple products with global outreach and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
Strong analytical skills with ability to perform root cause analysis for data quality issues and improve processes in a controls-driven environment.
Proficient with MS Excel, MS Access, Macros, SQL queries and capable of supporting database and workflow management systems.
