About This Role
- Lead requirements gathering, documentation, and business process definition for PeopleSoft SCM modules (Inventory, Order, Warehouse, Manufacturing).
- Support solution design and collaborate with development teams to validate system integrations and application functionalities.
- Drive testing activities including creation of test scenarios, facilitation of SIT and UAT, defect triage, and support deployment and change management efforts.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Supply Chain, or related field.
- 5-10 years of general IT experience with at least 3 years as a Business Analyst supporting PeopleSoft 9.2 SCM.
- Hands-on experience with PeopleSoft 9.2 modules: Inventory Management, Order Management, Warehouse Operations, and Manufacturing.
- Proven ability to lead requirements workshops, create functional specifications, and support SIT/UAT testing phases.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in end-to-end PeopleSoft SCM implementations with strong knowledge of supply chain and inventory management processes.
- Able to interact effectively with both technical and business stakeholders, bridging gaps between IT and business teams.
- Familiar with integration concepts including APIs, web services, middleware platforms, enabling comprehensive solution understanding and impact analysis.
