About This Role
- Own maintenance and refinement of UK backlog, manage scope changes, and ensure current requirements throughout delivery lifecycle.
- Act as liaison between business stakeholders and development teams, facilitating requirements gathering, proposing solutions, and supporting acceptance testing.
- Drive Agile processes and ceremonies, including story writing and collaboration with offshore Delivery Managers to keep project timelines on track.
Minimum Requirements
- 10-15 years of experience in Business Analysis, requirements gathering, and stakeholder management.
- Experience preparing BRD and FRD documentation for software systems.
- Proficiency with Agile SDLC frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, Scrum Ban, or SAFe and ability to drive Agile ceremonies.
- Skills in requirements management with end-to-end traceability using Gherkin BDD; experience with tools like Jira, Rally ALM, TFS, or ServiceNow.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in B2B Commerce or E-commerce domains with understanding of cloud environment setup requirements.
- Strong facilitation skills to run workshops and distill business needs into actionable items while handling stakeholder conflicts.
- Comfortable engaging both business and development stakeholders for requirement feasibility discussions and test reviews.
