About This Role
- Gather and document business requirements for PeopleSoft 9.2 SCM modules including Inventory Management, Order Management, Warehouse Operations, and Manufacturing.
- Lead discovery sessions, develop functional specifications, process flows, user stories, and support SIT and UAT testing activities.
- Manage defect triage, validate resolutions, and support deployment, training, and change management efforts.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Supply Chain, or related field.
- 5-10 years general IT experience with at least 3 years as Business Analyst supporting PeopleSoft 9.2 SCM.
- Hands-on experience with PeopleSoft 9.2 SCM modules and familiarity with APIs, web services, middleware, and data interfaces.
- Experience facilitating workshops, requirements elaboration, and supporting SIT and UAT testing phases.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in cross-functional collaboration with both business and technical teams in PeopleSoft SCM environments.
- Skilled in detailed requirements management, impact analysis, and solution design within supply chain contexts.
- Comfortable operating in global/remote settings and capable of handling complex integration scenarios between PeopleSoft and external applications.
