About This Role
- Understand and translate complex Life Sciences workflows from stakeholders in R&D, clinical trials, regulatory affairs, and commercial operations into clear business and functional requirements.
- Rapidly develop prototypes and proofs of concept using GenAI tools, LLM assistants, and low-code/no-code platforms to validate AI-driven business solutions.
- Drive stakeholder alignment and facilitate Agile processes to support iterative delivery and adoption of AI-based solutions and vibe coding practices.
Minimum Requirements
- 7-15 years of IT experience with strong expertise in Business Analysis including Requirement Gathering, BRD and FRD documentation.
- Domain expertise in Life Sciences including Molecular Biology concepts and workflows relevant to R&D, clinical trials, regulatory affairs, or commercial operations.
- Proficiency with AI Agents Frameworks, GenAI tools, LLM assistants, and vibe coding (low-code/no-code platforms).
- Experience with Stakeholder Management and Agile methodologies.

- Experienced in bridging business strategy and rapid technology execution in the Life Sciences domain with a focus on AI-driven innovation.
