Minimum Requirements
Minimum 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Data Analysis, Data Consulting, or Data Migration roles.
Minimum 5+ years of hands-on data modelling experience using tools like ERwin, ER/Studio, SAP PowerDesigner, Lucidchart, or Visio.
Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases such as SQL Server, Oracle, or PostgreSQL.
Location: Chennai (primary location); Insurance domain experience preferred; UK Insurance market experience highly desirable.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in insurance data domains including policy, customer, claims, underwriting, or broker data.
Demonstrated ability to bridge business and technical teams within data transformation initiatives in insurance.
Strong understanding of insurance business processes and compliance impact on data assets; comfortable leading workshops and liaising with multiple stakeholders.
