About This Role
- Full-cycle recruitment of US healthcare professionals including sourcing, screening for skills/licenses, interviewing, and extending offers.
- Collaborate closely with clinical hiring managers to understand role requirements and coordinate candidate management and onboarding processes.
- Maintain and utilize Applicant Tracking System for all candidate activities, oversee background checks, and facilitate orientation and integration of new hires.
Minimum Requirements
- 3-5 years experience in US healthcare recruitment or relevant clinical/healthcare recruitment experience.
- Bachelor's degree required, preferably in HR, Health Administration, or related field.
- Must have distinctly soft US accent and strong communication skills.
- Willingness to work night shift in Mohan Cooperative, New Delhi location; no cab provided.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in recruiting licensed US healthcare professionals (e.g., RNs, Therapists, Techs) demonstrating domain expertise.
- Skilled in operating full recruitment lifecycle independently with strong organizational discipline and confidentiality handling.
- Proficient in ATS and social sourcing tools with effective collaboration skills to align hiring managers and candidates.
