About This Role
- Manage and support CDN, WAAP, DDoS protection, DNS, and web performance solutions ensuring high availability and security.
- Configure caching, security policies, SSL/TLS certificates, and traffic-routing rules to optimize application performance.
- Monitor platform performance, resolve L2/L3 incidents within SLA, perform change management, RCA, and service optimization activities.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.E./B.Tech) or MCA.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in managing CDN, WAAP, DDoS, DNS, and related security technologies.
- Hands-on experience with Akamai and/or Cloudflare platforms.
- Knowledge of CDN, DDoS, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, TCP/IP, SSL/TLS, and WAF/WAAP technologies.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in incident and change management in 24x7 operations environment focusing on CDN and security services.
- Demonstrated skills in troubleshooting complex network and security issues with strong analytical capabilities.
- Familiarity with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow or Jira and ability to collaborate with application, network, and security teams.
