Experienced in incident and change management in 24x7 operations environment focusing on CDN and security services.
Demonstrated skills in troubleshooting complex network and security issues with strong analytical capabilities.
Familiarity with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow or Jira and ability to collaborate with application, network, and security teams.
