About This Role
- Manage Healthcare claims management teams including setting direction, communication with senior leadership, and ensuring strategic outcomes.
- Partner with onshore and offshore client services teams to ensure timely, high-quality delivery and smooth client transitions.
- Lead operations management, SLA monitoring, client escalations, resource planning, process expertise, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 10+ years experience in Healthcare Claims processing or related large data management and insurance billing operations.
- Graduation or Post-graduation in any stream.
- Must have managed managers for 2-3 years and led strategic projects or initiatives.
- Hybrid role based in Noida with a requirement of at least three days a week in-office presence.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced leader with demonstrated ability to operate in a large, global, matrixed, multi-geography service delivery environment.
- Strong expertise in managing large teams with focus on client service, quality tools (Six Sigma, Kaizen, LEAN), and project management.
- Proven ability to handle difficult client situations and lead strategic client-facing solutions while maintaining operational excellence.
