About This Role
- Own operational support for Cartier boutiques and partners, managing stock availability, replenishment, order flows, invoicing, returns, and stock movements.
- Serve as the primary operational contact ensuring timely issue resolution, accurate data management, and adherence to delivery schedules.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Commercial, Supply Chain, Finance, Warehouse, IT, and Headquarters to drive process improvements and ensure high service levels.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification required.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in operations, supply chain, order management, sales administration, or inventory management.
- Strong working knowledge of SAP and experience with order-to-delivery and invoicing processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with PowerPoint and other business systems.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing multi-site retail or commercial networks, preferably in luxury, consumer goods, or retail sectors.
- Demonstrated ability to independently handle end-to-end operational processes with limited supervision.
- Comfortable interacting with multiple internal and external stakeholders and capable of escalating and resolving risks proactively.
