About This Role
- Design, develop, and maintain secure, scalable software solutions within the Commercial & Investment Bank Payments Technology team.
- Leverage enterprise-authorized AI-assisted coding tools to improve code quality, testing, and documentation with peer review and secure coding standards.
- Produce architecture and design artifacts for complex applications, ensuring adherence to design constraints and continuous improvement through data analysis.
Minimum Requirements
- 3+ years of applied experience with formal training or certification in software engineering concepts.
- Experience with system design, application development, testing, and operational stability in a large corporate environment using modern programming languages and database querying languages.
- Hands-on experience with enterprise-authorized AI-assisted software development tools, including critical evaluation and validation of AI outputs for correctness, performance, and security.
- Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle, agile methodologies (including CI/CD), application resiliency, and security.

- Experienced in integrating AI-assisted development tools responsibly, guiding peers on secure and effective AI usage in software workflows.
- Skilled in designing and delivering complex software architectures with a focus on secure, resilient, and scalable systems within a large enterprise environment.
